Terms of Service

1. The Service

NaweOrder provides software tools so that a registered business can manage customer conversations and operational work connected to channels such as WhatsApp, subject to third-party platform rules. Features may change as we improve the product.

The Service is provided as software-as-a-service. You need a compatible browser and internet connection. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

2. Accounts and eligibility

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential.
• You must be able to form a binding contract (e.g. age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• Business admins may invite a limited number of staff users; you are responsible for their activity in your workspace.
• One workspace’s data is intended for that business only. Attempts to access another tenant’s data are forbidden.

3. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Content and data you upload or sync (products, messages, customer details)
• Compliance with laws applicable to your business (consumer, privacy, spam, tax, regulated industries)
• WhatsApp / Meta policies, including opt-in, messaging windows, and prohibited content
• Payment provider agreements (e.g. Stripe, JazzCash) when you enable them
• Securing API tokens and staff access

You must not misuse the Service (scanning, overloading, reverse engineering in violation of law, hosting malware, or infringing others’ rights).

4. Customer data and WhatsApp

When you connect WhatsApp or import customer information, you instruct us to process that data to provide the Service. You represent that you have the right to process that information and to message those contacts.

Meta and other providers are independent services; outages or policy enforcement by them are outside our control.

5. AI features

Optional AI features may generate suggestions or extract structured data from text. Outputs can be wrong or incomplete. You must review operational decisions (orders, prices, medical/legal/financial advice) before acting. AI is not a substitute for professional judgment.

6. Free trial and paid plans

We may offer a free trial or free access during early operation of the Service. When paid plans are enabled (for example a monthly subscription per business), fees, renewal, and cancellation terms will be shown at checkout or in-product. Failure to pay may result in suspension or limited access after any applicable trial.

Planned commercial model (subject to change): approximately 30 days free trial, then a monthly subscription fee per business workspace.

7. Intellectual property

NaweOrder, its branding, and the software remain our property or that of our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal business operations during an active subscription or trial.

You retain ownership of your business content. You grant us a license to host and process that content solely to operate the Service.

8. Confidentiality

Each party should protect the other’s confidential information. Integration secrets and customer lists should not be disclosed except as needed to run the Service or as required by law.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

We do not warrant that WhatsApp delivery, payment settlement, or AI extraction will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NaweOrder and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data or business interruption, arising from use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months before the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars (USD $50), if you are on a free trial or free tier.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NaweOrder and its operators from claims arising out of your content, your use of WhatsApp or payment providers, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, risk to the platform, or legal requirements. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your right to access the workspace ends; we may delete data after a reasonable period in line with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify features or these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, notice in the product or by email. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance where allowed by law.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the NaweOrder operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country says otherwise. Update this clause with your country/city when you formalize the business entity.
